Thank you for purchasing a JUNIORJONES product. All our products have been designed
and engineered to the highest standards and if cared for correctly you and your family
should have many years of enjoyment. In the unlikely event of encountering an issue we
provide you with our warranty for additional peace of mind.

Activating the Warranty.

You don’t need to do anything to activate your Warranty. From 1st January 2020 it’s
automatically done at the time of purchase – just keep hold of your proof of purchase.

JUNIORJONES assert that any new JUNIORJONES product purchased online or in store
should be free from manufacturing and material faults and defects.

In the unlikely event that that you experience a problem with your product which relates to
the manufacturing, JUNIORJONES will reinstate any defective parts under this warranty, at
no cost to you with brand new parts. These repairs will usually be carried out at our
Customer Service Centre. In the event you will be without a stroller to use, JUNIORJONES
will offer you a loan stroller to use until we return yours. This stroller may be the same
model or any other model we have available for you to use at the time of your repair. In the
event your product cannot be repaired, JUNIORJONES will replace your product free of
charge and with no inconvenience to you.

Any new JUNIORJONES parts that are supplied and fitted to your product as part of a
warranty repair are covered for the remainder of the existing warranty period. Where new
parts are supplied and fitted to your product outside of the warranty period, they will be
subject to a new warranty period that will last for a period of 12 months from the date that the
new part(s) are supplied and fitted.

To make a claim under your warranty, please contact our Customer Service centre in the
first instance on 0800 8807 906 with your proof of purchase information.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Warranty Periods.

Strollers.
All strollers in our range are covered for a period of 3-years (36 months) from the date of
purchase.

Soft Goods.
Soft goods are the main fabrics that come with your stroller when you purchase it as a
complete unit. These soft goods are covered for a period of 12 months from the date of
purchase.

Accessories.
All accessories in the JUNIORJONES range are covered for a period of 12 months from the
date of purchase. The definition of accessories is (and not limited to future additions to our
current range of accessories) carrycots, back panels, changing bags and essentials
pouches, luxury footmuffs, universal seat liners, car seat adaptors, cupholders and J-Boards.

Exclusions.

Damage caused by excessive use, or weight overloading, airline damage (or other third
party damage), alterations and modifications (by a non-factory or authorised dealer),
corrosion from exposure to extreme weather conditions without regular maintenance, long
term wear and tear (chips, scratches, dents etc), lack of maintenance, use of other
manufacturers add-ons such as ride-on boards (not designed to be fully compatible with
JUNIORJONES products), use of other replacement parts not approved by JUNIORJONES.

Your Responsibilities within the Warranty.

We ask respectfully that normal use, maintenance and weight adherence, checking, cleaning
and lubrication of regular moving components are the responsibility of the customer.
Regular checks of the safety features including the harness, brakes and tyres should also be
carried out at regular intervals. Cleaning after use in extreme weather conditions, with
special attention to removing debris from tyres and brakes. Please refer to our Caring for

Transferring the Warranty.

If, in the future you sell your product on to another person, the remainder of the warranty will
be valid to the new owner, providing you also transfer your proof of purchase to them. Due
to manufacturing safety standards differing by Country, the warranty issued with your
product is only valid within the Country you originally purchased it from.
